Your Local Seattle Plumbers! – Best Plumbing

Just spoke with one of the employees, David, and was honestly blown away by how much effort he put into helping me with a really unusual plumbing issue. He actually took the time to understand what I needed and figure out a solution. He never rushed me or made me feel like my problem was too small to be worth his time. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the issue taken care of instead of just sending me on my way. The difference in the level of service here really stood out. I’ll absolutely be coming back to Best Plumbing next time I need any plumbing supplies or help.

We have used their services for over 55 years and have always been pleased with their work The most recent work done by Patel was outstanding. He was able to clear my bathtub drain which had of all things a sock! I highly recommend Best Plumbing for their fair pricing and great service!

Called Best plumbing yesterday. They scheduled appointment for today between 10-12pm. Jose arrived at 10am. He came out today to take a look at a situation underneath our deck. We had two other companies previously look at situations and told us it was a sewer pump. However he told us it was related to our sump pump. Got underneath our deck and gave us an estimate right away and also addressed an issue I didn’t even call about. He even took the time to drive out to Everett warehouse to get a part, then drove all the way back to Auburn. Absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend and will use this company again.

Best Plumbing replaced my main water line, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The work was done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in their workmanship. Mitch, the project manager, and his crew were excellent, communicative, respectful, and highly skilled. I have no complaints, only appreciation for a job exceptionally well done. I will absolutely use Best Plumbing again and highly recommend them to friends, neighbors, coworkers, and our homeowners association.

We recently had a pipe burst and water ran down three floors. It was awful. In a situation like that all you want is to get things done fast, with ease, and without feeling like you are getting ripped off. I have to say, if you find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, and call Best Plumbing. They were so amazing. Ask for Jayson if you can! He talked us through everything, took his time, and was so knowledgeable. We have had some bad experiences with other plumbing companies, but will stick with Best Plumbing moving forward. Thank you!

Mitch and his team rehabilitated our 80 year-old side sewer with pipe lining. The pricing was the best of more than five bids that we received, and when additional work above what was estimated was required, there was no additional charge. Our property was treated respectfully with repair of sprinkler and low-voltage lighting that was disturbed during excavation and despite an equipment problem, our job was completed just a few days after what initially had been anticipated. Best Plumbing is highly recommended.
